Job TitleProject Engineer II – Permian Site CoordinatorCompensation$88.59/hr to $101.88/hr (1099 rates)LocationMidland, TXSchedule5/2 – 8:00am to 5:00pmHours8 hours/day40 hours/weekTarget Start DateASAPScope / OverviewThe Permian Site Coordinator will be responsible for executing the overall workflow and leading all aspects of work in the Permian Basin required to create deliverables for the Foundations Program. This includes cost tracking and reporting, schedule coordination with scanning teams, review and approval of Conditions of Satisfaction, site pack development, and management of the scheduling, oversight, and performance of field verification teams.The scope of deliverables includes P&IDs, Plot Plans, Area Classification drawings, Lease Flow Diagrams, PSV Data Sheets, Asset Registers, and Pipeline Mapping. The Site Coordinator will also serve as the primary contact for Permian Engineering and Operations teams.This role is based in Midland, TX and will office out of the Midland Corporate Office (MCO).Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow OversightOversee the entire workflow to ensure successful completion of deliverables Engage with scanning teams, Quest, engineering contractors, and asset teams to progress workflow activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tension points Cost, Schedule and Progress TrackingProvide monthly cost updates and outlooks, including site unit cost analysis Provide monthly schedule updates and outlooks Provide monthly progress reports including site and deliverable status Schedule Coordination with Scanning TeamsMaintain alignment between scanning schedules and the broader document creation workflow Influence scanning schedules, where possible, to support asset team priorities and operational needs Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) ApprovalReview and approve Conditions of Satisfaction before workflow progression Ensure drawing and work product standards are met Engage teams to correct deviations and improve workflow quality through lessons learned Site Pack DevelopmentCompile all information required to create complete site packs prior to workflow initiation Conduct site pre-visits as needed to verify scope and ensure site packs accurately capture field conditions and associated facilities Contractor OversightFacilitate contractor access to sites, including coordination with Operations for permitting and access requirements Direct contractor activities including scheduling and site assignments Oversee deliverable quality Steward and approve contractor costs Engineering and Operations InterfaceEstablish and maintain relationships with asset engineering and operations teams Resolve operational issues, requests, and workflow tension points as appropriate Ensure Management of Change (OIMS 7.1) and Documentation Management (OIMS 4.1) processes fully integrate Foundations deliverables upon completion Preferred BackgroundProject coordination or project engineering experience within upstream oil & gas operations Experience supporting Permian Basin facilities and operations Familiarity with engineering documentation including P&IDs, Plot Plans, Lease Flow Diagrams, and pipeline mapping Experience coordinating contractors, schedules, and field verification activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of ExxonMobil OIMS processes and documentation workflows preferred
