If you bring the experience, we bring the stability and the career path to match.What your days will look like:Guiding 4-5 transactions daily through the closing process with care and precisionTaking full ownership of each file from open to closeBuilding trusted relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneysSpotting and clearing title issues before they become problemsKeeping every transaction clean, compliant, and on timeWhat you bring to the table:3+ years working directly in title and closingA strong grasp of real estate law, title examination, and closing proceduresResWare and Microsoft Office experience preferredState title license and notary commission (or eligibility to obtain)High School Diploma or GED requiredWhat we offer in return:We are not just filling a seat.
