Job Title: IT SAP DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC 28216/RemoteBill Rate: 116.4Duration: 224 daysShift Timings: Standard work week, Monday - Friday, 40 hoursNote: Location: Remote position. Prefer candidates local to NC. Candidates in all US locations may be considered, however, candidates must be willing to support EST hours. Some OT may be anticipated. Interview Process: One Round - Video Panel Interview. Travel: Up to 5% - onsite travel to Charlotte, NC for project meetings (typically 2-3 days at a time). At least 3 weeks' advance notice would be provided. Travel expenses would be reimbursable. ~7 months anticipated assignment - possibility of extension based on demand.Summary Of JobResponsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP technical solutions with a strong focus on Production Planning and Supply Chain solutions. This role includes SAP RICEF development, third-party systems integration, SAP NetWeaver platform support, S/4 HANA migration support, and post go-live system maintenance.Must-have/Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of experience as an ABAP Developer Strong functional background in Production Planning Strong development experience in Production Planning & Supply Chain solutions Experience designing SAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms) Good experience in Form development: Adobe, Smartforms and scripts S/4 HANA migration experience Ability to design and develop architectural plans for third-party systems integration using APIs, IDoc and other protocols Proficiency in object-oriented programming and ability to provide scalable solutions Good knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards Experience in Agile development methodologies Experience in at least two of the following areas:SAP APO SAP WF SAP BTP Integration to third-party planning solutions SAP GTS/FTZ Integration to SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) Ability to analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility Ability to evaluate interfaces between hardware and software and performance requirements of overall systems Ability to develop software systems including programming, documentation, and testing procedures Ability to coordinate with SAP Basis team on transports through the transport landscape Ability to provide support and advice in all technical aspects during implementation Ability to develop and realize SAP cutover plans before go-live Ability to advise concerning maintenance of systems post go-live Ability to coordinate implementation of technical objects in SAP NetWeaver Platform Ability to advise on SAP enhancements, bug fixes, OSS notes, support packages, and system upgrades Nice-to-have SkillsManufacturing industry experience preferred Experience in discrete manufacturing, particularly in cable, is a plus Experience with integration to third-party planning solutions Experience with integration to SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) Experience with SAP GTS/FTZ Experience with SAP APO, SAP WF, or SAP BTP Key Responsibilities And DutiesInteract with management, business process teams, and business users to determine system requirements.
