This role oversees day‐to‐day accounting functions while managing office operations, administrative processes, and light customer support, playing a key role in keeping internal operations running smoothly. Ideal for someone who is organized, detail‐oriented, and enjoys variety, autonomy, and being a hands‐on contributor within a very close‐knit team.Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:Accounting & Financial OperationsAccurately record and categorize financial transactions in the accounting systemManage accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow‐upProcess accounts payable and coordinate timely vendor paymentsPerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and related supporting schedulesProcess employee payrollSupport month‐end and year‐end close activitiesPrepare routine financial reports for managementLiaise with the external accounting firmOversee accounting/ERP systems, CRM tools, and internal business systemsAdministrative & Office OperationsOversee office supply inventory and coordinate purchasingMaintain employee records and personnel filesCoordinate facilities, maintenance, office equipment, and IT vendor supportAct as primary point of contact for landlords and service providersProvide support for customer inquiriesManage insurance policies, COIs, and renewal schedulesCoordinate bonds required for customer bids or contractsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and complianceQualifications for the Office Manager:Experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similarStrong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenanceBasic Excel skills requiredExperience using Great Plains or similar ERP system a plusHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsComfortable working in a small company environment and wearing multiple hatsStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyMust be able to pass a criminal background checkSchedule:100% on site in Baltimore, MD; M-F 8:30am-5pmSalary: $60,000-$70,000#INMAR2026
