This role supports project completion through coordination of crews, materials, and customer communication. The position will also perform hands-on repair work including roofing, siding, gutters, and window repairs. We are committed to helping our employees achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their career.PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:Manage and oversee assigned exterior construction projects from start to finish. Ensuring proper material delivery, work quality, and safety compliance.Collect and submit all required project documentation, including contracts, payments, and insurance paperwork.Upload all before, during, and after photos and relevant job details into the companys CRM system (JobNimbus).Communicate detailed job breakdowns and instructions to crews and subcontractors.Coordinate and oversee all trades required for job completion.Perform maintenance and repair work related to roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed by all trades on-site.Schedule final inspections and ensure completion before job closeout.Encourage and assist customers in leaving post-project reviews.Collect payments when authorized and deliver to the accounting team.Support and help develop SOPs for the solar division, including coordination and sales assistance.Identify opportunities for additional work or upselling on existing projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to drive repeat business.CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:Construction documentation managementCustomer service orientationBasic estimating proficiency, including accurately estimating repair labor hours.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated with a commitment to quality and safetyProficiency with Gmail and Google calendarMaintenance and repair of exteriorsAbility to drive commercial fleet vehicle. Which requires valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma/GED2+ years of experience in project coordination or exterior construction (roofing, siding, gutters, or windows preferred).2+ years hands-on experience with maintenance and repair work that covers complete exterior (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and paint)Proficiency with CRM or project management software (JobNimbus experience is a plus).PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Setting laddersAbility to lift heavy materials - up to 75lbsAbility to get on roofs and laddersThis position requires sitting - up to 60% (computer work and driving company vehicle)COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY: Blue Spruce Construction Group is an equal opportunity employer.
