This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who wants exposure to a sophisticated and diverse practice while working alongside experienced attorneys on prominent matters for a high-profile clients.While the majority of the firm's caseload involves commercial litigation, this role also offers meaningful exposure to real estate, corporate/transactional, intellectual property, and employment law matters, providing a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal practice.Responsibilities:Handle a diverse mix of commercial litigation and transactional matters.Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents.Assist with and handle corporate and transactional matters.Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.Contribute to a collegial, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented culture.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.1-4 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law.Strong academic credentials.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience drafting litigation and transactional documents.
