Participates in Simulation Based Education (SBE) across nursing curriculums.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide nursing students with the support necessary to practice nursing skills. Administer competency evaluation of psychomotor skills for undergraduate students with reinforcement and remediation of nursing skills as warranted.Facilitate simulation experiences: setup, scenario competency, breakdown of environment, and debriefing.Assist with the day-to-day activities of the CLC.Assist with maintenance of laboratory environment, inventory of supplies and equipment.REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree (Registered Nurse, B.S.N)5 to 8 years of clinical/simulation experienceMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACTDaily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.SALARY INFORMATIONWhen determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity.
