Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Manager of Financial Reporting. The Manager will oversee the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include managing the consolidation processes, delivering accurate financial reports on a timely basis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making. The role involves leveraging financial expertise and strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights and solutions. Qualifications Expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and managing Consolidation processesStrong background in Finance and Accounting practicesAdvanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insightsKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance standardsProven leadership and communication skills for team collaborationDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA accreditation is preferredProficiency in financial software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
