Finance Specialist (Korean-English Bilingual preferred)

We are seeking talented professionals to support this growth and drive customer engagement and commercial excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Management and Reporting: Management of all finance and accounting operations, including regular processing of AP/AR, monthly close process, and quarterly financial reporting.Operational Coordination and Treasury Management: Handle daily accounting operations, reconcile accounts, manage treasury operations, forecast cash flows, and maintain financial visibility.Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with financial policies, USGAAP/IFRS standards, regulatory requirements, and manage tax filings and audits.Corporate Management: Manage taxes, payroll, corporate development projects, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure efficient transaction processing.Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement: Build strong relationships with business departments, contribute to projects and process improvements, ensuring robust financial practices.Ad Hoc: Lead ad hoc projects and work with business team leaders.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.A minimum of 5 year of professional accounting experience.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.Strong proficiency with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace, and accounting softwareBilingual in English and Korean.- Benefits:Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision coverage)401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO) accrued based on length of service, with a maximum accrual of up to 28 days근무 형태: 정규직복리후생:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
