Executive Administrative Assistant

Paradigm Technology is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a year-long contract at one of our utility clients. This position is hybrid Mondays and Tuesdays onsite in Chattanooga, TN and Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays work from home.Position Summary Responsible for delivering a broad range of administrative and general support services to ensure the efficient operation of an executive office. This role may also serve as the second chair, providing high-level support to a CEO direct report or other senior leadership positions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.Serve as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Assist in managing confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board sessions, and special events.Support strategic initiatives and projects as directed by senior leadership.Act as a backup or secondary point of contact for executive-level decision-making and administrative tasks.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Policy Disclosure Paradigm maintains a strict drug-free workplace policy.
