This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, reliability, as well as the ability to work independently.Responsibilities and Duties·        General office duties·        Answering phone calls, responding to emails and directing inquiries to appropriate staff. ·        Providing support to other employees·        Coordinating meetings and appointments and managing calendar of appointments for tax preparers Work directly with clients to manage their records accurately and efficiently.Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, including documents for tax return preparation using document management software.QualificationsEducation and prior experience in accounting field a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting professionally and efficiently with staff and clients.Computer proficiency. knowledge and experience with essential software, including Microsoft Office, and document management.Organizational and time management skills.Job Type: 25- 30 hours per week, seasonal from January to April 2026,Experience: Three plus years of relevant experienceWork Location: In person
