They are strengthening their field leadership team to support long-term stability and growth.The company provides pollination services, queen bees, and varietal honey to growers across multiple counties in Northern California. The idael candidate will oversee bilingual field crews, execute seasonal operational plans, and ensure strong communication and accountability across the field organization.They offer a competive salary, health insurance, 401K, a company vehicle and more.Key responsibilities include:* Developing and overseeing spanish spesking field crews* Hive inspections, pollination moves, and treatments* Making and overseeing seasonal plans* Working closely with logistics and safety in a leadership role* Effective communication with with field crews, office staff, and company ownersQualifications for consideration:* 5+ years' in commercial agriculture or large field operations* English/Spanish bilingual required* Experience in leading labor crews* Ability to work in demanding field conditions* Must be organized and able to exucte complex seasonal plans* Knowledge of crop and seed pollinating* CLD and/or heavy equipment experience is a plus* Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driver's licencePlease provide a current resume for consideration or reach out directly to Kim Kavanaugh at 440-367-6025 to learn about other agricultural opportunities currently available.
