Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to work for our mill complex and manufacturing company in New Bedford, MA. The position is 32 - 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage the accounts receivable & payable
General office duties
Payroll and human resource functions, including processing weekly payroll and new hires
Accurately record invoices and payments in QuickBooks
Skills/Qualifications:
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player to work both independently and in a group
Handle matters confidentially
Accurate filing and maintenance of documents
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Accounting degree or experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
