Fast-paced patient-centered emergency department consisting of 17 treatment beds designed to support high-quality efficient emergency care for patients across all levels of acuity. Utilizing an immediate bedding and team triage mode we prioritize rapid assessment early intervention streamlined patient flow to enhance safety reduce wait times and improve overall patient outcomes. The ED team includes a collaborative group of nurses providers technicians and respiratory therapists who work cohesively to deliver timely compassionate care in a dynamic environment. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN) Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
