We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for one of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms from concept through mass production.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and global contract manufacturers to ensure successful product launches.Drive hardware validation, design reviews, and DFM/DFA/DFT initiatives to improve manufacturability, quality, and reliability.Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to deliver programs on time and within budget.Oversee PCBA development, product characterization, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp activities.Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues, optimize costs, and improve production efficiency.Utilize tools such as Arena, Jira, Valor, and CAD to track program progress, documentation, and product lifecycle activities.Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring high-quality hardware products meet business and customer requirements.With regardsNaveen | Talent AcquisitionRootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc.
