This role works closely with leaders and employees to ensure HR programs run smoothly, compliance requirements are met, and people processes are clear, fair, and effective. You will also help strengthen our talent pipelines through university and school partnerships.Key Responsibilities Support learning and development programs, including coordination, communication, and tracking of training completionPartner with corporate and North America HR teams to maintain accurate training and HR recordsMaintain and update job descriptions to ensure consistency and regulatory alignmentPrepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports and support HR data accuracyAssist with onboarding, orientation, and continuous improvement of HR processesSupport introductory (probationary) period activities and performance management cyclesCoach managers and employees on performance processes, documentation, and best practicesAssist leaders with performance documentation, including improvement plans and disciplinary actionsSupport HR compliance activities, including required reports (EEO-1, AAP, VETS, etc.)Assist with audits, policy updates, and accurate HR recordkeepingSupport recruitment activities and talent pipeline reporting as neededHelp build national school and university partnerships and support campus recruiting eventsConduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and prepare separation documentationSupport internal HR communications and employee engagement initiativesParticipate in HR projects, meetings, and special assignments as neededQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field3-6+ years of broad HR experience, including recruiting and generalist responsibilitiesKnowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsExperience with HR compliance reporting preferredPHR certification preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with attention to detailExperience using HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), learning platforms, and collaboration toolsProfessional discretion and ability to handle confidential information with careWork Location Yardley, PA - 3 days in office, 2 days from homeBenefits We offer competitive compensation, an annual performance bonus, generous vacation, and 401K matching.
