No family law experience required—we will fully train the right candidate. We highly value transferable skills from Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, or Medical Malpractice backgrounds. Core ResponsibilitiesDraft legal pleadings, motions, and financial disclosures. Handle electronic court filings via the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. Manage court calendars, scheduling hearings, depositions, and mediations. Organize case evidence and assist with trial preparation. Maintain professional communication with clients and judicial assistants. Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant. Proficiency with Florida E-Filing and case management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site daily in St. Augustine, FL.
