Compensation: Starting compensation $195,000 annually

Isla Intelligence is seeking a Software Application Developer to build applications that enhance care for healthcare providers and patients. Our team offers roles based in Tulsa and/or Oklahoma City (OKC), as well as remote options that let you advance your career from the comfort of your home or workspace. To support our team in completing efficient and accurate documentation for Pantheon Health System, our owners are developing their own physician-built application that integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly! This role focuses on building and improving applications that support modern healthcare systems. As an App Developer, you will work to improve system efficiency and support the technology behind patient care. Starting pay is flexible and may increase based on demonstrated experience, specialized knowledge, and contributions to our developing application. Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
Design, develop, and enhance software systems, including analytics, real-time systems, and data-driven applications
Debug existing software and modify applications to improve performance or adapt to new environments
Develop and implement new features using modern software development methodologies
Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications
Integrate third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow
Write and maintain software and system documentation
Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure adherence to design requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and performance constraints
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
Experience
Four (4) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
Four (4) years of experience with ServiceNow implementations
Two (2) years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Two (2) years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
Experience creating and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs within ServiceNow
Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
