Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for you to bring your creativity and expertise to the development of our programs, shaping effective treatment strategies that empower our clients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering substance use disorder treatment. Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor program compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and professional development. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with organizational policies. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for clients and staff. Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Valid clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCADC ) required. experience in substance use disorder treatment, with supervisory experience preferred.
