The CEO will oversee all aspects of the company, including financial management, strategic planning, operations, sales growth, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading high-level decision-making, managing departmental performance, ensuring organizational alignment with company goals, fostering a positive work culture, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Finance and Business Planning skills to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial strategyOperations Management expertise to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the organizationStrategic Planning experience to set long-term objectives and guide the business towards its visionSales proficiency to drive revenue growth and develop client relationshipsProven leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and manage diverse stakeholdersExcellent communication and decision-making abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)Experience in the contracting or construction industry is a strong advantage
