Part-Time Real Estate Investor Relations / Fund Operations ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced real estate investment professional to support the launch and operational buildout of a real estate investment fund. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with deep institutional real estate IR and fund formation experience who is looking for a flexible, part-time role (20–30 hours per week).The right candidate is highly detail-oriented, understands the institutional fundraising process end-to-end, and has hands-on experience managing the critical operational and investor-facing components required to launch and support a private real estate fund.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage fund launch deliverables, including:Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)Subscription documentsData room organization and maintenanceInvestor onboarding workflowsFund marketing and diligence materialsServe as the primary project manager across legal counsel, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of launch itemsReview materials for completeness, consistency, and institutional qualityHelp establish repeatable processes and infrastructure for fundraising and investor communicationsSupport ongoing fund operations and investor documentation as neededQualifications5+ years of experience in Real Estate Investor Relations, capital raising support, or fund operationsDirect experience working on private real estate fund launches and institutional fundraising processesStrong familiarity with:PPMsDDQsSubscription agreementsInvestor data roomsInstitutional LP diligence requirementsAbility to operate independently and drive projects forward with minimal oversightHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailExperience coordinating with attorneys, placement agents, fund administrators, and institutional investors preferredRole StructurePart-time role (approximately 20–30 hours per week)Flexible structure; in-office preferred but open to remote for the right candidateImmediate need focused on execution and operational support during fund launch phaseThis role is initially more operational/project-oriented versus active LP relationship managementIdeal Candidate ProfileThis role is well-suited for a seasoned real estate IR or fund professional who has stepped back from a full-time institutional role but still wants to stay engaged in meaningful, high-level work with flexibility.
