Additionally, Vasquez de Lara Law Group is actively involved in serving the community through professional organizations and charitable initiatives.Vasquez de Lara Law Group is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and performance driven Client Conversion Manager to oversee and optimize the firm’s intake and consultation conversion process. This role is responsible for improving lead to hire conversion performance through daily accountability, coaching, process optimization, CRM oversight, and collaboration with intake staff and attorneys. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, data driven, detail oriented, and capable of leading performance conversations with confidence and professionalism.This is not a traditional sales role. This is a conversion operations and accountability leadership role focused on maximizing the effectiveness of the firm’s client acquisition process.Please let me know if you have any questions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily intake and conversion check-in meetings.Monitor lead-to-hire conversion performance.Identify bottlenecks, delays, missed opportunities, and lead leakage.Oversee intake follow-up execution and CRM compliance.Audit intake calls, consultation calls, and CRM records.Improve scripts, workflows, objection handling, and communication standards.Coach intake staff on urgency, follow-up, and conversion best practices.Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.Partner with the COO, Sales, Intake, Marketing, Attorneys, Operations, and Leadership to improve conversion outcomes.QualificationsExperience in intake management, sales operations, client conversion, or performance management.Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and accountability skills.Experience with CRM systems, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Law firm intake or high-volume client acquisition experience preferred.Work EnvironmentFully remote position. Must be available during standard business hours.Must be able to travel to Miami up to 20 workdays per year, based on business needs.
