Warehouse Lead

Warehouse LeadORBIS is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies Required Work Experience & SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment Prior forklift experience required Previous leadership experience preferred Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
