Sr Data Analyst (Guidewire)

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support complex reporting and analytics across Guidewire platforms in an insurance environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem solving, understands how data reflects real business activity, and can independently dig deep to uncover insights - not just run queries. You'll work closely with technical teams and, over time, directly with business stakeholders to translate questions into clear, accurate, and actionable data outputs. The hourly pay rate for this role is $50-65/hr and based on experience.What You'll Do- Analyze insurance data across Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter- Work primarily within Guidewire DataHub- Write advanced SQL to trace transactions across systems and tables- Support reporting through Guidewire InfoCenter (Cognos experience helpful but not required)- Investigate complex data scenarios, including edge cases and outliers- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical solutions- Validate findings with stakeholders and clearly explain results- Proactively identify data issues, risks, and improvement opportunitiesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
