The candidate will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and banking partners to deliver strategic technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and integration programs.Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and risks.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Operations, and vendors.Drive API, cloud, data, payment, and core banking integrations.Facilitate technical design and architecture discussions.Track program milestones, releases, resources, and executive reporting.Drive issue resolution, escalation, and production readiness.Ensure delivery meets security, regulatory, and operational requirements.Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders.Required Qualifications8+ years of Technical Program/Program Management experience.5+ years of Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services experience.Strong experience with enterprise integrations and platform modernization.Experience with payments, money movement, cash management, or deposit products.Experience with digital assets/stablecoins is highly preferred.Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, microservices, and data integration.Experience with core banking or financial platforms.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Ability to influence teams without direct authority.PreferredExperience with AWS/cloud-native environments.Experience with M&A/acquisition integration.Banking products, deposits, treasury management, payment networks.Modern banking core platforms.PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
