With proven technology, active customer demand, and major growth ahead, they are scaling their commercial organization and seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Revenue to lead strategic business development and sales efforts.Position OverviewThe Senior Manager of Commercial Revenue will lead business development and commercial sales initiatives across multiple verticals, including consumer, commercial, and defense markets.This individual will play a key role in building and developing the commercial organization, driving enterprise customer relationships, supporting go-to-market strategy, and helping scale revenue operations during a critical stage of growth.This is a full-time onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop Commercial Sales Managers and Business Development Managers Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development Build a high-accountability, execution-focused sales culture Lead commercial sales strategy across fleet operators, municipalities, port authorities, and commercial maritime operators Drive revenue growth across multiple market segments Develop and refine sales methodologies, forecasting processes, and pipeline management Maintain visibility into sales performance and demand forecasting for leadership Engage directly with key strategic accounts, fleet operators, and shipyard partners Support customer discussions around vessel requirements and technical solution development Develop relationships with shipyards and external partners related to construction estimation and contracts Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, finance, and program teams on pricing strategy, technical feasibility, and customer delivery Support grant-funded and infrastructure-related commercial opportunities Translate customer and market feedback into strategic business insightJob RequirementsDetails: Qualifications8+ years of experience in commercial sales, business development, partnerships, or strategic accounts 3+ years of experience managing and developing sales teams Proven track record building and leading high-performing commercial organizations Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships Strong communication skills across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders Experience with pricing strategy, enterprise contract negotiation, and project-based sales environments Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred ExperienceMarine, maritime, transportation, electrification, energy, infrastructure, defense, or industrial technology industries Experience selling into municipalities, port authorities, fleet operators, or government-related organizations Familiarity with grant-funded capital programs or infrastructure projects Technical aptitude and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teamsAnnual Salary: $200KEquity grants are included as part of the full-time compensation package, along with semi-annual performance bonuses tied directly to individual and company impact.
