Provides consultative and specialized advisement within area of expertise to physicians to optimize patient outcomes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition of Dietetics from an accredited college or University and current Serve Safe Certification. This position requires direct patient care through assessment, intervention and care planning. The following proven skills are expected, include excellent verbal/written communication, critical thinking, basic computer, and service excellence.
