You’ll balance growth, profitability, and risk while partnering across the business to deliver competitive, compliant, and customer‑centric products.What You'll DoProduct Strategy & LeadershipShape product strategy, including portfolio segmentation, appetite refinement, and growth prioritiesPartner with Actuarial and Finance on scenario analysis, rate adequacy, and performance forecastingEvaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and legislative changes to guide product decisionsSupport executive leadership with insights on CAT exposure, geographic concentration, and volatilityProduct Development & Regulatory OversightOversee development of policy forms, endorsements, coverage enhancements, and rate/rule changesLead state‑level product filings and regulatory approvalsEnsure compliance with state regulations and support audits, market conduct exams, and regulatory reviewsLifecycle Management & PerformanceOwn product lifecycle execution, including rule changes, form updates, and underwriting enhancementsMonitor and manage product performance metrics—loss ratio, combined ratio, retention, and growthRecommend targeted actions to improve profitability, retention, and market competitivenessCustomer, Agent & Team LeadershipImprove product clarity, usability, and competitiveness for customers and agentsReduce friction in quoting, binding, and servicing through thoughtful product designLead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing product team, fostering accountability and growthWhat You BringBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred10–14 years of progressive experience in product management, underwriting, or insurance strategyDeep experience in Property & Casualty homeowners insuranceProven success supporting regulatory filings, audits, and examinations in regulated environmentsWorking knowledge of CAT modeling, exposure management, and portfolio analyticsAbility to interpret actuarial analyses and balance growth, profitability, and riskStrong judgment, strategic thinking, and comfort leading through changeCollaborative, solutions‑oriented leadership styleCommitment to living Slide’s Core ValuesWhat Slide Offers To YouThe Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
