Middleman:  A cocktail-forward concept rooted in connection, Middleman is designed to bring people together over thoughtfully crafted drinks. Located between Alla Vita and Momotaro, it serves as a welcoming gathering space where guests can explore creative cocktails, small-batch Tennessee whiskeys, and rare spirits. With a program focused on discovery and a design inspired by European arcades, Middleman offers a stylish yet approachable environment for conversation, exploration, and shared experiences. Hourly Dining Room Roles:Host:  $21–24/hr. Server:  $2.13 + tips Server Assistant:  $10 + tips Bartender:  $7.50 + tips Barback:  $10 + tips Food Runner:  $10 + tips Polisher:  $17–20/hour Who we're looking for We’re looking for warm, hospitality-driven professionals who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces.
