As we expand operations to Naples, Florida, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead internal growth, build infrastructure, and help us scale while delivering exceptional service to our clients.This is a high-impact opportunity to join our executive team as we transition to a new headquarters location and strengthen our leadership for the next stage of growth.Position SummaryThe Operations Manager will oversee Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Intake, and Compliance. This person will be responsible for building and enforcing SOPs, improving system efficiency, ensuring legal and VA compliance, and leading the operational transition to our Naples-based headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy & SystemsDesign, implement, and manage SOPs across all departmentsMonitor KPIs and drive internal performance improvementsEnsure compliance with VA guidelines and business policyCross-Departmental OversightSupervise Intake, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and MarketingDirect recruitment, performance management, and departmental goal settingCreate alignment across departments for operational successTech & Marketing StrategyLead CRM and workflow tools (Zoho CRM, Monday.com)Oversee marketing operations to drive new client acquisition and retentionImprove client lifecycle and communications through automation and structureFinancial OversightDevelop and manage budgets, financial planning, and cost controlsTrack performance metrics and oversee invoicing, payroll, and reportingLegal & ComplianceEnsure operational alignment with federal labor laws, VA regulations, and contract termsCollaborate with Contract Legal Team to manage documentation and mitigate risksQualifications5+ years of senior-level operations or director-level experienceProven track record of building scalable internal systems and teamsExperience managing Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, IT, and/or Client IntakeStrong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Monday.com, or similar toolsBackground in marketing systems, CRM automations, or tech-based operationsIndustry experience in VA claims, healthcare, legal, or regulated sectors preferredBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredBenefitsSimple IRA Retirement Plan with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyMission-driven culture with meaningful impact on veterans' livesHands-on role in building operations from the ground up in a new headquartersJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s): Have you held a leadership role where you directly oversaw multiple departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Operations?
