Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Registered Nurse at Rolling Green Village located in Newton, IA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical assessments, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities also include monitoring patient recovery, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and practices. Qualifications Clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and critical thinkingExperience in treatment planning, wound care, and infection control protocolsKnowledge of electronic health records and proper documentation standardsStrong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactionsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently under pressureLicensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of IowaBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificationsExperience in a hospital or long-term care setting is a plusCommitment to continued education and professional development
