This organization tackles complex challenges in areas from national security to digital modernization, driving progress and delivering mission-critical results.The Role Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI Translate complex business requirements into clear, intuitive, and performant visualizations Build operational, tactical, and executive-level reporting solutions supporting program health and KPI tracking Connect to and model data from a variety of sources including relational databases and cloud data warehouses Support data governance practices and ensure compliance with federal security requirements like FedRAMP Administer Tableau Server and Power BI Service, including user management, capacity, and gateway configurationWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience, or Master's with 12+ years; or 4+ years specific to the role Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance 4+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Tableau 4+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and validation Strong working knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language) for Power BI data modeling Experience with Tableau Server and Power BI Service administration, including RLS implementationWhat's On Offer Opportunity to work 100% remotely within the United States Engage in critical federal government programs Utilize cutting-edge BI and cloud technologies Competitive salary range of $120,001 – $160,000 per yearApply via Haystack today!
