Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boutique Retail Sales Associate based in Stroudsburg, PA. Responsibilities include assisting customers with personalized styling, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additional tasks involve building strong relationships with customers, maintaining the sales floor and inventory, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
