Functional Analyst (Consumer Enrollment)Work model: 100% Remote Schedule: Monday–FridayType/term: 12-month contract-to-hirePay: $31/hr W2 OverviewJoin a Consumer Enrollment operations team supporting ACA marketplace (individual) enrollment. You’ll partner closely with external vendors/third-party administrators (TPAs) to help onboard new employer groups and ensure enrollment and payment files are processed accurately.What you’ll doParticipate in weekly vendor/TPA working sessions focused on enrollment and payment processingSupport onboarding/implementation of new employer groups and TPAs into the enrollment channelPerform root-cause analysis on file/data issues and drive issues through resolutionTroubleshoot EDI enrollment (834) processing issues; support payment-related investigations (including credit card payment discrepancies)Help create/maintain SOPs and operational documentationAssist with testing: define test approach, execute tests, and document resultsProvide operational support to internal partners (answer questions, share guidance/training as needed)Required qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)2+ years in an operations/analyst-style role (level 2+)Hands-on experience with EDI transactions — specifically 834 enrollment filesStrong Excel (pivot tables, queries) and strong Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communicationNice to haveEnrollment processing experience (group or individual ACA)820 payment files and/or financial reconciliation experienceExperience with Facets System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
