Entry Level Brand Ambassador

Cycles Connect Solutions is looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our sales team as Entry Level Brand Ambassadors. The Entry Level Brand Ambassador role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, representing brands face-to-face, and learning the basics of sales and marketing in a fast-paced environment at a company that offers endless opportunities. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brands, working directly with customers to build relationships, explain products, and drive sales. As this is an Entry Level Brand Ambassador position, no prior experience is required. Complete training and ongoing support are provided to ensure your success in the role! What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Brand Ambassador: Connect with customers in person, and learn what they’re looking for so you can recommend products or services that make sense for them Create strong customer relationships through clear, friendly communication from first interaction to final follow-up Support sales growth by spotting opportunities to introduce additional products, upgrades, or new services that fit customer interests and needs Stay informed on current products, services, and promotions to represent the brand confidently and answer customer questions at an expert level Work alongside other Entry Level Brand Ambassadors and the sales team to share ideas, improve outreach strategies, and hit sales team goals Handle customer questions or concerns professionally, and ensure positive experiences Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions with other Entry Level Brand Ambassadors to continue developing sales, communication, and leadership skills What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Brand Ambassador: Strong communication skills A positive, outgoing attitude Willingness to learn and take feedback Reliable and goal-oriented mindset Experience as an Entry Level Brand Ambassador, in sales or customer service, is a plus, but not required What We Offer Our Entry Level Brand Ambassadors: Growth and advancement opportunities Hands-on experience in sales and leaderships Supportive team environment If you’re ready to start building your career and grow with a company that values ambition and effort, apply to our Entry Level Brand Ambassador position today.
