We are part of NC Custom, the promotional products division of Nassau Candy, a well-established, family-owned organization with a long-standing reputation for quality and service.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Entry Specialist to join our Order Entry team in Hicksville, NY.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of day-to-day communication between Order Entry and internal departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Art, and Shipping, to identify, address, and resolve order-related issues and changes.Accurately enter and review customer orders in collaboration with our remote AWS (offshore) team.Respond to customer emails regarding order status, changes, and general order-related inquiries.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all order data.Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and business needs.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience in Order Entry or Data Entry preferred; manufacturing experience is a strong plus.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.We Offer:Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, AFLAC, and Pet Insurance.Vacation, Paid Time Off (PTO), and paid holidays.Employee product discounts.Family-oriented company culture with business casual work environment.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing organization and contribute to a vital function within our NC Custom business.Nassau Candy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
