As our business grows, our Accounting team plays a critical role in supporting that growth - ensuring financial accuracy, driving process improvements, and providing the insights that keep our operations running smoothly. About the Role We're looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team! This role is a mix of day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and credit card management) and core accounting responsibilities like month-end close and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment application, aging reports, and collections follow-upAccounts Payable: process invoices, ensure coding/approvals, and prepare paymentsCompany Credit Cards: issue cards, review expenses, ensure compliance, and perform reconciliationsSupport month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport process improvement or accounting automationCollaborate with teams across the business to resolve issuesWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting1-2 years of accounting experience with exposure to AR, AP, and reconciliationsUnderstanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, or similar)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesGood communication skills and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with sales tax is a plusWhy Join Us You'll get to work on a variety of accounting tasks, build relationships across the company, and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy.
