Must Have:Leadership experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in a hospital environment.3-5 years of experience at a director level in custodial services.Strong client service mentality and ability to build customer relationships.Ability to drive client and patient satisfaction scores.Good to have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5 years of basic management and functional experience.Experience with vendor and contract management.Proficiency with computers and technology.Nice to have:Experience working closely with Infection Control and Environment of Care committees.Strong analytical skills for data presentation and communication.Ability to work independently and manage projects within timelines.
