Hello Everyone,Title: Sr. AI Engineer / Technical CoachLocation: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite – Local Dallas candidates only)Duration: 6–12+ Months ContractTop Mandatory Skills and Experience:8+ years of software engineering experienceStrong experience in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or MLOpsHands-on development with Java and/or PythonStrong understanding of TDD, Agile, DevOps, CI/CDExperience as a Technical Coach, Mentor, or Engineering Coach (mandatory)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHubBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldKey Responsibilities:Coach and mentor Agile/DevOps product teams on modern engineering practicesGuide teams on AI/ML solutions, software architecture, and delivery excellenceLead pairing, mobbing, and technical coaching sessionsPromote best practices in TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and software craftsmanshipWork closely with engineers, architects, and leadership to improve engineering cultureProvide hands-on coding support using Java/Python and modern development frameworksImportant Notes:Must already be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth areaOnsite interview required (1 round)Must pass a Ropes Technical Assessment (Java, Python, and TDD)Candidates without technical coaching experience will not be consideredRelocation/start onsite required within 2 weeks of offer acceptance; no remote option available.
