Outside Sales Representative - Uniform and Facility Services

If yes, then join our client, a family owned business providing B2B facility services and uniform rental program services.The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth through targeted prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new contracted customers, primarily in the healthcare sector. This role also supports growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional services, locations, and SKUs. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, organized, and comfortable engaging decision-makers while consistently executing sales activity expectations and quarterly revenue targets.The territory: Connecticut (Multiple Exclusive Territories)Duties and Responsibilities:Prospect and develop new business within an assigned exclusive Connecticut territory using a consultative sales approachEngage decision-makers across customer organizations (including C-suite, supply chain, department heads, practice managers, etc.) to understand needs and present tailored solutionsClose new contracted customers and drive market share growth, with a primary focus on healthcare accountsIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional product lines, services, and new sitesDeliver in-person and virtual sales presentations with strong product and service knowledgeTrack pipeline, activities, and customer interactions accurately and consistently in CRM (Salesforce)Maintain marketplace visibility through networking, professional events, and customer-facing activitiesPartner with leadership, operations, and support teams to support onboarding, implementation, and customer satisfactionMeet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and required sales activity metricsRequirements:2+ years of quota-driven outside sales experienceConsistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable growthExperience delivering client-focused, consultative solutions in a competitive, contract-based environmentStrong listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTrustworthy, professional, and able to contribute constructively as part of a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience using Salesforce CRM is helpful but not requiredClean driver's licenseBenefits:Why join this company?Competitive Base Salary $60-75k (negotiable dependent on experience)Uncapped commission plan!
