Shine Bright was created to provide supported living to people with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities. We utilize individual service plans to provide training to enhance skill development, promote independence and increase community inclusion.. We are currently seeking staff for the Arvin and/or Lamont areas to work with individuals with developmental disabilities teaching them independent living skills. All positions require a valid California Driver's License, car with current CA registration and insurance (the applicant must be listed as a driver on the policy), ability to pass a background clearance, ability to pass a drug screen, Spanish speaking is a plus but is not required.
