Code, design, execute and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/productsWork with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of the R&D tasksWork with Technical Relationship managers & Architects to understand the client-initiated R&D requestsAct as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolutionTailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closureCo-ordinate with on site teams for delivery of the projectTrain and mentor junior engineers to bring them to speedRequirementsAn Engineering bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science with at least10+ years of software development experience,Candidates must have strong working knowledge withJava 8 or above, Hibernate, Spring Boot, angular, any testing framework like Junit/cypress/othersAdditionally, candidates must haveworked with at least one databasemysql/oracle/Postgressql and microservices architectureGood understanding and working knowledge of REST APIs, SOLID principles, debuggingskillsand usage of log frameworks like elk or any otherCandidates with working knowledge of Angular are preferredAdditionally, candidates with knowledge of CI/CD, docker and Kubernetes are preferredCandidates with the knowledge of any message queue –RabbitMQ/Kafka/othersare preferredDemonstratedtrack recordof end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software development experiencePreviousexperience inprovidingtechnical guidance.Strong background in continuous integration practices.Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teamsAbility to advocate & influence multiple stakeholdersMust have already worked(or) familiarity with agile methodologies.Excellent analytical and reasoning skillsExcellent communication skills both written and oralAbility to learn new domains and deliver outputInnovative solutions at the cutting edge, a dynamic and forward-thinking work environment, and diverse opportunities – welcome to the world of SKIDATA.
