This role collaborates closely with the pastor, faculty, staff, families, and diocesan leadership to support a thriving school community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and strengthen the school's Catholic identity and missionOversee academic programs, curriculum, and faculty developmentManage day-to-day operations and staff leadershipFoster strong relationships with families, parish, and communitySupport enrollment, marketing, and fundraising effortsEnsure compliance with diocesan, state, and accreditation standardsDevelop and manage the school budgetQualificationsPracticing Catholic committed to living and sharing the faithMaster's degree or higher in educational leadership, administration, or a related fieldTeacher and Administration CertificationMinimum 5 years of teaching or leadership experience (Catholic school preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience in community engagement, enrollment growth, and development effortsAbout St. Mary SchoolLocated on the scenic Leelanau Peninsula, St. Mary School serves a growing Catholic community across four parishes.
