An academic medical center in Queens is seeking a full-time Faculty IM Physician. The schedule is Mon-Fri with dedicated administrative time. This a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary, malpractice with tail coverage, strong PTO, dental/vision/health insurance, CME time/money, and possibility for sign-on and relocation money. Job Function: Large IM Residency program Majority of work is precepting and seeing own patients in outpatient clinic IM Program has a focus on primary care and adult medicine Typical schedule Mon-Fri with approx 1 session (half day) per week of dedicated administrative time Majority of work is precepting, small % seeing own patients and 8-10 weeks a year of inpatient coverage Inpatient coverage 8-10 weeks a year (handled one week at a time)
