Assistant Director

Formal Title: Mathnasium Assistant Center Director Position Summary The Mathnasium Assistant Center Director plays a key leadership role in driving center performance, supporting sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional educational experiences. As a second-in-command, this role partners closely with the Center Director to oversee daily operations, lead the instructional team, engage families, and convert leads into enrollments. Assistant Center Directors are proactive problem-solvers who take ownership of results, step in when needed, and help create a high-performing, student-centered environment. Schedule & Flexibility Flexible scheduling with a commitment of at least 4 days per week working 4-6 hour shifts (primarily during after-school and evening hours).
