By combining curated data, human expertise and domain specific AI, we cut through the noise to deliver expert insight at speed.Role DescriptionThis is a remote role for a Senior DevOps Engineer based in DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area, with occasional work from client sites. You will build and automate the infrastructure that keeps mission-critical systems running, designing CI/CD pipelines, scaling platforms and hardening production environments. You will work alongside software engineers, ML engineers and product managers to ship reliable, high-performance solutions at pace. If you thrive on solving complex infrastructure challenges and want real ownership over the systems you build, this is the role.Must-have requirementsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure for production systems.Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g Terraform, CloudFormation) with extensive hands-on experience designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment workflows, and ensuring seamless integration and delivery of code across multiple environments.Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Argo, including experience with scaling and securing containerized workloads.Experience with high-availability systems, disaster recovery strategies, and building infrastructure that meets rigorous uptime and performance requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with software engineers, product teams, and leadership to align infrastructure goals with business objectives.Desirable requirementsExperience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and CMMC, including implementing and maintaining infrastructure controls to meet certification requirements.
