Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests warmly, providing personalized service that enhances their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies promptly, and assist with ordering to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures and basic math principles Skills Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, mixology principles, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits experience Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or banquet settings Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage regulations Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality industry experience is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your bartending talents can shine!
