OverviewMy client is building out its Customer Experience Consulting team within its Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Management Consulting practice. We are looking for entrepreneurial CX consultants who love a challenge and thrive in a fast-growing global organization.Job Purpose and Primary ObjectivesThis role offers a large degree of personal autonomy and requires very strong collaborative skills to succeed. You will be working with embedded account teams that need guidance and leadership in CX for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry.Key ResponsibilitiesThe solution, plan, and deliver CX consulting engagementsProvide CRM and analytics technology expertiseLead Design Thinking / solutioning workshopsDevelop recommendations and proposalsProject and delivery managementWork with a diverse set of client and internal stakeholdersWork both on-site and off-siteLead mid-sized sales effort and support large onesSupervisory / Managerial ResponsibilitiesWill directly supervise and manage people on project teamsWill coach consultants reporting to themOther ResponsibilitiesPlan and estimate project staffing and costsAccountable for project success and profitabilityDevelop thought leadership and internal offeringsKey Skills / KnowledgeHas a track record of solutioning, managing and delivering engagementsAbility to prepare and present compelling proposalsAbility to manage mid-size projectsIs familiar with Design Thinking and AgileUnderstands business strategy as it relates to analytics, customer experience, digital marketing, etc.Understands CRM, analytics, and marketing technology platforms and can define solutions based on themAbility to relate to and engage with clientsAbility to articulate complex business and technology ideas in a compelling mannerAbility to lead client workshops, and ideally are familiar with Design ThinkingUnderstanding of digital and interactive experienceFamiliar with financial services consulting and digital agency ways of doing businessAbility to collaborate with virtual and physical teamsEnjoys intellectual and client challengesExperience Required8+ years of experience in CRM and/or CX strategy design and implementation/delivery8+ years in consulting or a digital agencyExcellent communication skills (written, visual (PPT) and spoken)Familiarity with AI technologiesFamiliarity with CRM / Analytics - Salesforce, Adobe, etc.Ability to lead client discussionsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirableFluency in written and spoken English is a requirement, additional languages is desirableWillingness to travel 50 - 75%Special Working ConditionsWillingness to travel 75%Person SpecificationNegotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.
