MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Enterprise Systems Engineer. This position will be located on-site in St. Louis, MO.The Lead Enterprise Systems Engineer will support a transformative effort helping an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) adopt digital engineering (DE) and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) across the enterprise.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToLeading enterprise-level design, build, and optimization of integrated multi-system solutions, ensuring architectural alignment, security compliance, and delivery performancePerforming hands-on configuration, integration validation, and troubleshooting using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering methodologiesDriving system integrity and operational adoption across enterprise environments through rigorous validation and alignmentCollaborating with OEM stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns to DoDI 5000.97 and stages capability enhancements to prioritize reduction of mission-critical pain pointsArchitecting and overseeing integration of Solumina (MES) and Costpoint (ERP) within the enterprise’s digital backboneProviding on-site technical leadership to identify and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and vendor coordination challengesPartnering with a fellow analysts to support continuous system improvement and effective DE/MBSE implementation strategiesServing as a primary technical expert to communicate emerging and current enterprise capabilities to internal and external stakeholdersOverseeing sandbox infrastructure and executing validation procedures for software tools supporting applicationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline7+ years of experience in enterprise system design, integration, and optimizationDemonstrated expertise with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering software applications or platformsStrong background in architecture alignment, security compliance, and system performance designProven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and lead on-site resolution efforts across a multi-vendor environmentAbility to support travel to OEM site as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering or a related fieldExperience supporting model-based acquisition or similar transformation efforts within defense manufacturing environmentsExperience with enterprise system platforms, including integration of Digital Engineering Environments with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, to name a few.Familiarity with Agile development, DevSecOps, and digital thread conceptsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsClearance RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.Physical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
