This role plays a critical role in activating partners by enabling sales and technical teams, strengthening solution readiness, and executing high-impact go-to-market motions.Working closely with Channel Managers, Microsoft field teams, and Arrow internal stakeholders, the Partner Solutions Specialist helps partners build repeatable, scalable Modern Work and Copilot-led sales motions that drive customer adoption, usage, and revenue growth.This role is ideal for a solutions-oriented operator who enjoys teaching, enabling, and accelerating partner success at scale.What You'll Be DoingPartner Enablement & ReadinessDrive partner enablement across:Microsoft Modern Work (Microsoft 365, Teams, productivity workloads)Copilot for Business use cases and adoption scenariosAI-powered productivity and collaboration solutionsDeliver structured enablement for partner sales and technical teams, including:Solution positioning and customer value articulationCopilot and AI use-case storytellingSales plays, demos, and objection handlingFoundational technical and pre‐sales guidanceHelp partners translate Microsoft innovation into clear, sellable customer outcomesSales Acceleration & Field SupportSupport partner‐facing sellers by:Reinforcing Modern Work, Copilot, and AI sales motionsAssisting with opportunity qualification and solution alignmentHelping partners position Copilot and AI as productivity and ROI acceleratorsCollaborate with Channel Managers to:Execute partner activation plansSupport priority GTMs and campaignsTrack enablement impact and readiness progressGo‐To‐Market ExecutionExecute Modern Work–led GTM initiatives including:Partner workshops and enablement sessionsWebinars, campaigns, and field programsCopilot and AI adoption‐focused playsAlign enablement and GTM efforts to:Microsoft priorities and launch timelinesArrow cloud and productivity growth initiativesCross‐Functional CollaborationWork cross‐functionally with Arrow teams including:Channel and partner managementCloud and productivity salesMarketing and enablementCoordinate with Microsoft stakeholders to:Stay aligned to Modern Work, Copilot, and AI strategyReinforce consistent messaging and execution in the fieldWhat We're Looking ForCore Experience3–6 years in partner enablement, sales support, pre‐sales, or channel rolesExperience working with or alongside Microsoft partnersStrong familiarity with:Microsoft Modern Work solutionsCopilot for Business positioning and adoptionAI concepts applied to productivity and collaborationSkillset & MindsetStrong presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into sales‐ready messagingComfortable supporting multiple partners and initiatives simultaneouslyOrganized, process‐oriented, and execution‐focusedCurious and motivated to stay current with Microsoft innovationPersonal AttributesTeam‐first, collaborative mindsetHigh energy and proactive approachStrong follow‐through and attention to detailConfident engaging with both sales and technical audiencesExperience / EducationBachelor's degree preferredEquivalent relevant experience consideredMicrosoft certifications or enablement experience a plusWork ArrangementHybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.What's In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
